Cookie Policy

Last updated:

This policy explains the cookies and similar storage technologies we use in your browser when you visit the crossova.app website, the waitlist page and shared links. Data controller: Doğukan Bener (founder of Crossova; when a company is set up for Crossova, the controller role moves to the company). Contact: [email protected].

A small text file a website stores in your browser. In this policy we also call similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, "cookies".

Which cookies do we use?

Today we use no cookies at all; only the two necessary browser-storage items above, which are not sent to us (the source code only reaches us if you submit the waitlist form). If we add analytics or marketing cookies, none will be set before you click "Accept"; "Reject" is just as easy, and you can use the site if you reject.

Changing your choice

If we ever add a tool that needs consent, a "Cookie preferences" link will appear at the bottom of every page so you can change or withdraw consent at any time. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking necessary storage may break parts of the site.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages, a US-based global network); when you open a page your IP address and browser information technically reach Cloudflare. We do not use Cloudflare's analytics. There is no analytics or marketing provider. Transfers abroad rely on standard contracts under KVKK Art. 9.

If you live in the EU: apart from the strictly necessary storage above, nothing is stored on or read from your device; any analytics or marketing tool added later will only run with your prior consent (GDPR and ePrivacy rules).

Your rights

For your rights under KVKK Art. 11 and, if you live in the EU, the GDPR, and how to exercise them, see the KVKK Notice and the Privacy Policy, or write to [email protected].

Changes

If we update this policy we change the date and ask again where new consent is needed.
